France cross-country: Joanne
I started the training program a little more than a month ago following a test of effort.
I felt right away that this program particularly suited me, the 4 session per week enabled me to work but also and especially to recover well.
From the first cross country races I saw that I felt much better. I qualified for the French Championship without much difficulty by getting 9th place in the interregional races on a course that wasn’t necessarily suitable to me.
Thanks to my new training program I was able to come 58th in the junior French cross-country Championship, a thing which really pleases me as I am still a first year junior.
More than the sports performance, I feel much better daily, less tired and I take pleasure again in training at different sports.
