Results and Assessment Training concept R2PH
Thanks to all the runners who followed this protocol. They have worked for themselves and for the community in mind of the site.
Here are the major results:
Sessions «record heart rate»
The training by the variable "record heart rate" is the most successful in terms of progress:
Session "set point Sensation"
The passage to the "set point Sensation" for the management of the speed is even more successful. Those who went to the term of the entire R2PH program have still progressed in passing on the set point of sensation as racing drivers. The preservation of a level of hardness and perception of the intensity insures another gain of speed for the same sensation and the same HR.
In conclusion: forget the time of passage: as said Léo: «Sir my past let me pass”.
We are going to develop this concept and we will inform you in this section.
