As promised by Véronique Billat, for the runners who have completed their 8 sessions and the 2nd R2PH feeling test and who have sent us their results, here is the new session to be done.
On the following basis of the intensity perception scale:
Do the following session twice a week for 4 weeks:
30 seconds: level 5
4 minutes: level 4
4 minutes: level 3.5
4 minutes: level 3
2 minutes: level 3.5
This session is to be done with the same philosophy as the first session but without imposing a speed, just relying on your feeling.
At the end of the results you will transmit your (cardio/speed) results using the same
chart as was used for the first 8 sessions.
On the same principle, punctuate these sessions by 48 to 72 hours of rest with 45 minutes of jogging.
