R2PH
R2PH offers a preview to test a new training concept which we are developing in the Unit and for which we are preparing a publication.
Given that the publication is subject to a long delay because of expertise standards and editorial delays (who shift the release of the knowledge of the genesis by 1 to 2 years) we have decided de deliver its application for the runners after a field Testing phase.
R2PH allows you to stimulate your VO2MAX without any premature neuro-muscular fatigue. This is essential in the non professional sports context considering everyday life obligations, but also for the elite who often goes from one competition to the next and maintains his form and thus a minimum of VO2MAX sessions.
You will enjoy a preview, after a field testing phase, of this latest progress based on complete metabolic and cardio respiratory physiological measurements. We also measured the impact of workouts on neuro muscular fatigue.
R2PH is for all short distance and long distance endurance runners but also for other sports including for football players or anyone who runs to keep fit.
This training is open to all runners regardless of their distance and racing surface. Indeed, it allows you to improve your aerobic metabolism. This is not only for 800m Marathon runners but also for trailers and long distance runners. Indeed, VO2MAX is the last rung of a ladder which would be very stable at its base but less stable at the top. Traditionally, we remain at equilibrium 6 minutes at V02MAX. Thanks to this new R2PH protocol we succeeded to stay 20 minutes at V02MAX equilibrium. Increasing autonomy at 100% of V02MAX will enable you to maintain a very long equilibrium on bars. Understand also that one can be temporarily at VO2MAX even on a Marathon (especially at a high level at the end of the race and even further); in fact, the reality of the ground shows us that we climb and descend this metabolic ladder continuously during a race. This is why it is important to train on the whole ladder and not to hesitate to start a session at 8km/hour (7km/hour is the limit for walk/run) and to climb to more uncomfortable speeds.
In order to establish the ground for this type of training, we invite you to participate in the Testing after having filled in a questionnaire, coming out soon, then having been selected based on your sports and physiological profile.

Toutefois la mobilisation de cet equipement nécessite une participation de votre part au coût de mise en oeuvre et de deplacement.
For those wishing to field test this new protocol in optimal conditions, we have a mobile laboratory equipped with miniature sensors as precise as those in the laboratory and of Ultra sharp portable PC’s. However, the mobilisation of this equipment will need participation on your part according to the cost of implementation and displacement.
