R2PH: Running research for health and performance

In partnership with ATHLETE ENDURANCE, we launched the website training for runners (by JP Monciaux and Laurent Colas) and since 1st January 2010 testing “R2PH Training” on the internet. It entails finding the right structure for the new development session VO2MAX tested in the laboratory, in order to make it as effective on the field as in the laboratory without our direct control as in the laboratory under our monitoring. This new way of working the VO2MAX allows a contiuous working time of 15 to 30 minutes according to our latest measures in the laboratory. |
